USE
Recommended intake: 1 sachet per day. For the first three months, it is advisable to take 2 sachets per day as a build-up dose. Pour the powder into a glass and then add any cold or lukewarm liquid while stirring. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Storage: Dry. Out of reach of small children.
