Facial skin has been the focus of attention for many years and many people strive for 'perfect' skin. With today's information flow, we get all the information we need, and then some, on how to take care of our skin. Yet many people find it complicated. But it's not that difficult, the most important thing is that you get into a skincare routine that suits you, both in terms of time and money.
Three products and a few minutes a day make a perfect base skin care. It doesn't take long, it's not complicated and your skin will thank you for giving it a little attention both morning and night. A skincare routine doesn't have to be more complicated than that!
- Most of us wash our face once or twice a day, sometimes more than that. A gentle and effective cleanser, which keeps your skin soft for longer, is therefore important. Soft skin also retains its radiance. For example, washing with a regular soap or other dehydrating products will make your facial skin feel dry and to some extent tight. Often, many soaps disturb the skin's PH value, which is between 4.5-5, precisely because the soap is simply too alkaline and thus dehydrating. This means that we quite quickly get a dry skin that ultimately becomes dry and irritated.
- After cleansing your skin, it's time to apply a face cream for your skin type or condition. If your skin is dry - use a moisturizing lotion or cream. If you have dry skin, a richer/greasier cream is better, which really softens. Throughout the year and life, our needs also change, and you may need to replace your creams with others. For example, when the seasons change, when you reach menopause, as we age or for other reasons. Some people use a lighter cream during the day and a richer formula at night to embed nourishment and moisture in their skin overnight. Some prefer a combined day and night cream because it is easier.
- An eye cream can also be a good investment as it is tailored to the thin and sensitive area around the eyes.
